Morgan graduated from Auckland University in 2015, with a conjoint degree in Law and Arts.

During her studies, she completed two years of a Bachelor of Engineering before deciding to pursue her interests in art and philosophy.  While completing her Bachelor of Arts, she undertook a six-month exchange to King’s College, London, where she completed a number of philosophy papers.

In 2015, following her admission to the bar, Morgan began working as a barrister and solicitor in a boutique insurance litigation firm in Auckland with a particular emphasis on professional indemnity.  While there, she appeared as junior counsel in the High Court, Court of Appeal, and the Legal Complaints Office.  She also undertook a three-month secondment as claims counsel at a large New Zealand insurer.

She moved to Melbourne in 2018 to take up a position as an Associate for one of Australia’s largest insurance litigation firms.  Her work there was focused predominantly on financial lines, specialising in Directors and Officers, financial markets, and professional indemnity claims, supplemented by occasional work in subrogated recoveries for the Property and Energy team.

Morgan joined Fee Langstone in July 2020, where she assists the team with a broad range of indemnity issues and civil disputes.

In her spare time, Morgan enjoys socialising and travelling with friends, working on various creative projects and spending quality time with her British Shorthair, Paulette Bonafanté.
