Shikha graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Economics.  She was admitted to the bar in July 2019.

Prior to joining Fee Langstone, Shikha worked at a large general insurance company, and more recently, has spent the last 3.5 years at a rapidly growing underwriting agency, as a key member of their governance, risk and compliance team.

During her time there, she worked closely with the business and senior leaders on various risk and compliance matters including Fair Insurance Code compliance, privacy and confidentiality, risk, incident and complaints management, regulatory matters and compliance obligations, and acted as the business’s Deputy Privacy Officer. 

Shikha is excited to be a part of Fee Langstone’s regulatory compliance team and contribute to its growth.
