Nithi graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2020 with a Bachelor of Laws. He was admitted to the High Court of New Zealand in November 2021. 

Prior to joining Fee Langstone in 2026, Nithi worked at a specialist litigation firm where he primarily worked on construction and property related disputes.  He also has experience in disputes relating to employment, commercial contracts, unit titles and debt recoveries.  

Nithi has appeared for clients in the District Court, High Court, and Court of Appeal as well as specialist Courts and tribunals such as the Employment Relations Authority, Weathertight Homes Tribunal and Environment Court.
