Kayley Smith

Kayley graduated from the University of Auckland in 2024 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and Criminology. She was admitted to the High Court in September 2024.

Prior to working at Fee Langstone, Kayley worked in a private Barrister’s chambers as a defence lawyer and has appeared in the High Court and District Court.

Since joining Fee Langstone, Kayley has worked on a range of insurance litigation matters with a particular focus on statutory liability, professional indemnity, and regulatory compliance.
